Ben Llewelyn of Carte Blanche Wines (... and he won't mind me saying this) has a very serious case of gift of the gab when it comes to talking wine. Ben will be with us to introduce this most spellbinding selection. 

Back in the kitchen together again for their first time since Flinty Red days, Matt and Claire of 5' O Clock Apron will be cooking at full tilt matching various dishes to these most gorgeous juices.
