Combined with my husband, Matt, also a chef, we have a comprehensive background across the UK food industry. Our work includes recipe development, education and workshops, corporate large scale events, customer engagement and prolific food writing output. All this is rooted in our extensive experience as respected, professional chefs.
Together we bring collective passion, food knowledge and technical cooking know how to food and cookery projects. Working collaboratively with brands we bring innovation, ingenuity, practical experience and professional viewpoints to a brief alongside an impressive food writing portfolio and social media presence.
Brands we have worked with include; National Trust, Cabrito Goat Meat, Yeo Valley, Mevalco, The Spicery, Pukka Herbs, Branston Potatoes, Berryworld and Freedom to Eat amongst others.
For catering, we are also both available as a team. We've cooked in many places together all over the world and we are, quite literally, bomb proof in the kitchen. We sold our (award winning) restaurant Flinty Red a few years ago to spend more time with the children and to know how good Saturdays could be. Never one to throw the baby out with the bathwater, we offer event catering for spectacular one off events in lieu of everyday restaurant life. Thrilled by menu talk, we have various levels of pricing for all number of bespoke events from small private events under ten people to corporate events in the hundreds. Whilst Bristol is our home, we're happy to move about. We are also good friends with some very brilliant wine merchants. Food, wine, you get the picture.
We've recently teamed up with wine merchant Carte Blanche Wines to offer this service.
