Recipe Development

I have a comprehensive background across the UK food industry. My work includes recipe development, education and workshops, corporate large scale events with prolific food writing output. All this is rooted in my extensive experience as a respected and professional chef. Brands I have worked with include; National Trust, Cabrito Goat Meat, Yeo Valley, Pukka Herbs, Branston Potatoes and Berryworld amongst others.


Together with my husband (also a chef), we sold our (award winning) restaurant Flinty Red a few years ago to spend more time with the children and to know how good Saturdays could be. Never one to throw the baby out with the bathwater, we do offer event catering for one off events in lieu of everyday restaurant life. Thrilled by menu talk, we have various levels of pricing for all number of bespoke events from small private events under ten people to corporate events in the hundreds. Whilst Bristol is our home, we're happy to move about. We are also good friends with some very brilliant wine merchants. Food, wine, you get the picture.
